Angela Herrmann
Angela is an experienced leader with data collection operations and staff management expertise.
Angela is a director in the Telephone Surveys & Support Operations department at NORC. During her 30-year career at NORC, she has overseen the planning, implementation, and management of hundreds of multimode data collection efforts across broad topic areas such as education, health, economics, public affairs, society, and culture. She also functions as the department’s administrator and will continue to lead change management initiatives for the roughly 800 employees across all three of NORC’s call centers. As a part of her administrative work, Angela’s primary focus has been on recruitment, onboarding, regular performance metric feedback, and guidance of the department’s annual appraisal cycle.
