Clare leads multi-method program evaluations and other data collection efforts to better understand health in the U.S.

Clare develops and manages a range of healthcare research projects, including survey data collection, dissemination and implementation efforts, and evaluation studies. Clare has over 15 years of experience working with clients such as the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Health Resources and Services Administration, the National Institutes of Health, and the American Medical Association.

Clare is currently the project manager for the Maternal and Child Health Jurisdictional Survey (JMCH), a survey to collect key maternal and child health indicators in the eight U.S. jurisdictions (American Samoa, Palau, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Federated States of Micronesia). She is also the project manager of the Provider Resiliency Evaluation, a large multi-method evaluation of federally funded efforts to improve resiliency and decrease burnout among the American healthcare workforce. In addition, Clare leads an effort in partnership with the American Medical Association to develop and maintain a listing of blood pressure devices that have been validated for clinical accuracy.

While at NORC, Clare has supported and led a range of projects and tasks, including measurement development, technical expert panel facilitation, and stakeholder communications. She has co-authored papers and presentations on data collection topics such as field data collection, using national surveys for health surveillance, and intervention implementation.
