As associate director of events at NORC, Gabi masterfully produces client convenings and corporate celebrations from conception to execution. Gabi shares her expertise with NORC’s events team of planners in comprehensive event management, overseeing everything from strategic design, venue sourcing, contract negotiations, registration, call for abstracts, speaker management, promotional efforts, menu and audio-visual design, plenary run of shows, reporting fulfillment, and facilitation of equal access for impaired participants. 

Since joining NORC in 2021, Gabi has served as logistics lead and event producer for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Population Affairs (OPA) technical and logistics support contract. She plans and executes national grantee conferences and meetings, bringing together OPA’s grantees, stakeholders, and partners to share insights, foster collaboration, and inform policy discussions on reproductive health and adolescent well-being. At these convenings, Gabi provides full scale coordination of the education and poster sessions, exhibits, and plenaries annually keynoted by the Assistant Secretary of Health (ASH). She also supports the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) and Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC) technical and logistics support contract where she began as deputy of logistics. 

With over 20 years of industry expertise, Gabi has orchestrated hundreds of events and city-wide conventions for up to 5,000 attendees for nonprofits, professional associations, and government organizations. Drawing on deep industry experience and expert insight, she creates impactful experiences.
