Jeff is the senior vice president of NORC’s Telephone Survey & Support Operations Department. In this role, Jeff directs the complete suite of survey data collection and survey support operations with three call centers and a mail operation collectively employing over 800 staff and making over two million calls weekly. In addition to the TSSO group supporting NORC’s clients across research areas, Jeff also plays a pivotal role in NORC’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining NORC, Jeff was most recently the director of the National Processing Center at the U.S. Census Bureau. Previously, he supported the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, overseeing the division of emergency operations. Jeff also served as a Federal Coordinating Officer for the Department of Homeland Security and a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force.
