Jennifer is a regional manager in the Field Operations department at NORC at the University of Chicago. Jennifer recently completed Certificates in Project Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion with eCornell and is an advocate for ongoing adult learning.

Since joining NORC in 2000, Jennifer has made numerous contributions on several large-scale surveys. With her extensive project management experience, strong discipline in performance and process management, and a focus on continuous improvement, Jennifer has an excellent history of developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver positive outcomes for NORC’s field interviewers and clients.

In addition to her work at NORC, Jennifer has also worked as a field manager at Westat.
