Katie has served as a task leader on these projects, leading teams to revise complex questionnaire instruments, design and implement respondent outreach strategies, and train field interviewers via in-person, virtual, and hybrid modalities. She has led smaller efforts such as the San José Community Survey (SJCS) and the data collection component of New York’s Statewide Health Information Network Satisfaction Survey. Katie also led a Strategic Initiative to create a NORC-specific training on best practices for producing hybrid (remote self-administered, remote virtual, and in-person) interviewer training programs to help ensure that NORC continues to innovate and provide clients with the highest level of service.
Prior to NORC, Katie worked as a senior project coordinator for the Center on Outcomes Research and Education at NorthShore University HealthSystem with an emphasis on health-related quality of life and instrument validation.
