Rachel leads efforts to transform survey data into high-quality and impactful data products and deliverables.

Rachel has over 10 years of experience leading research design, data analysis, and dissemination efforts for federal agencies, state and local governments, corporations, and private foundations. Using her expertise in data quality monitoring, data analysis, and written and visual communication, she oversees the production of a variety of project deliverables, including analytic data files, methodological reports, and public-facing materials.

In her current role as data delivery manager for the National Immunization Surveys (NIS), Rachel leads a team of statisticians, methodologists, and programmers to produce key project deliverables, including analytic datasets, methodological reports, public-use files, and data documentation. She also oversees data quality and process improvement initiatives to ensure that all data products are produced in a timely manner and meet NORC’s rigorous quality standards.

Prior to joining NORC, Rachel worked at the National Institutes of Health and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, where she was responsible for managing research projects, programming survey instruments, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
