Roseline Telfort

Roseline is a seasoned researcher with over 17 years of experience in the postsecondary field.

As a research scientist at NORC, Roseline focuses on student retention, persistence, and completion in postsecondary higher education. She’s particularly interested in how AI and machine learning can be used to predict and increase educational attainment in STEM degree programs.

Before joining NORC, Roseline gathered, analyzed, and disseminated survey data and conducted focus groups and individual interviews for stakeholders in several academic departments at Louisiana State University. In addition, Roseline has managed degree programs and advised students in the Department of Engineering and Technology at Miami Dade College, the largest minority-serving college in the nation.
