Sarah has expertise in complex data analysis and specializes in data manipulation and visualization.

Sarah has over 10 years of experience in data analysis, survey operations, and questionnaire development and testing of telephone and web instruments. She contributes to budget management and ensures efficient allocation of resources to achieve financial objectives. She is particularly interested in survey improvements to increase cooperation and efficiency. 

She currently serves as an analyst on the National Immunization Survey (NIS) specializing in monitoring survey production for data quality and implementing cost-saving measures. She has expertise in SAS programming, complex data analysis, and generating detailed client reports to show project progress and outcomes. She also contributes to the Healthy Illinois Survey and is involved in creating its interactive publishing platform designed for state and local public health department use. 

Prior to joining NORC, Sarah worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association as a research associate on comparative effectiveness research.
