At NORC, Lauren has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and providing technical expertise to cross-sector clients. Her recent portfolio of work includes a comprehensive survey on the collection, access, sharing, and use of data on the social determinants of health, analyzing the impact of price transparency policies and data, and modeling the possible benefits of early cancer detection to Medicare program finances. Additionally, Lauren oversees project delivery teams, providing technical input and direction to staff implementing complex solutions to meet client expectations.
Prior to joining NORC, Lauren was a Managing Consultant with Guidehouse (formerly Navigant Consulting) where she managed multi-million-dollar client engagements focused on alternative payment model adoption, with a specific focus on CMS (Medicare/Medicaid) programs, including ACOs, MACRA, Direct Contracting, BPCI-A, and sub-capitation agreements. As part of this work, she conducted in-depth analyses of payment policy and health system claims data to inform strategic choices about Federal and state reimbursement program participation.
