Meghan has over seven years of experience conducting social science research, including leading literature reviews, designing surveys and questionnaires, analyzing data using Stata, SPSS, and NVivo, and synthesizing findings for technical reports, journal articles, and white papers.
Meghan is also a skilled project manager and is currently managing NORC's efforts supporting the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the development and implementation of Healthy People 2030 and development of Healthy People 2040. In this role, she oversees NORC's administrative support to ODPHP, which has included support for the Secretary's Advisory Committee on National Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Objectives for 2030. Meghan also served as the project manager for the Officer Safety and Wellness Initiative, a longitudinal study on law enforcement officer stress, resilience, and health funded by the National Institute for Justice.
Meghan has extensive experience conducting program evaluations for clients including the Department of Defense, the Office on Women’s Health, and the Office of Minority Health.
