Min Zhu

Senior Statistician
Min is an expert in survey design, sampling, and bias correction with more than a decade of experience in probability-based research panels.

Min’s expertise spans areas including statistical analysis, survey design, survey sampling, and bias correction (raking, non-response adjustment, post-stratification adjustment, propensity score). A senior statistician in the Statistics & Data Science department, she is also a lead statistician for AmeriSpeak, a premier, survey-based panel platform in the U.S. Min oversees many AmeriSpeak client studies covering fields ranging from public health to political polling to consumer products. She also specializes in survey response rate predictions, with modeling and response rate improvement research.

Prior to joining NORC, Min was a key statistical analyst for Ipsos KnowledgePanel . Her responsibilities included—but were not limited to—online survey sampling, benchmarking, survey sample weighting, and probability-based panel weighting.
