Junelle is the senior vice president of Health Care Strategy at NORC with 25 years of experience in health care strategy, policy, and management. She is a passionate healthcare executive with a proven record of exceeding goals by identifying gaps, linking disparate issues, and translating data into meaningful action to improve the quality of healthcare. Junelle leverages her expertise to inform a wide array of clients in digital health technology, health care systems, medical associations, patient advocacy groups, and other health organizations.
Prior to joining NORC, Junelle was vice president at the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) leading strategy, finance, governance, marketing, and operations for a comprehensive national research program. Junelle previously held various leadership roles in health care strategy and management with Cerner Corporation, Navigant Consulting, and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. She also served as an independent strategy consultant for firms at various levels of the business life cycle.
Junelle began her career with the American Academy of Pediatrics, where she developed and analyzed health policy in clinical care, finance, practice, and quality working with many organizations including the Agency for Health Care Research and Quality, National Committee for Quality Assurance, and the National Quality Forum.
