Yue is a health services researcher with expertise in quantitative methods.

Yue is a senior research scientist with over 15 years conducting quantitative research for health care and public health projects. Her expertise includes program evaluation, study design, data collection and management, data analytics, and statistical modeling. 

Currently, Yue serves as an advisor for the CMS ACO REACH evaluation, collaborating with a team of researchers to assess model’s impact on Medicare spending, utilization, and quality of care. She also leads the evaluation task for the AHRQ Safety Program for MRSA Prevention and provides guidance on the AHRQ CUSP for Telemedicine and AHRQ Safey Program for HAI Prevention projects. Driven by a passion for improving population health and a strong foundation in biostatistics, Yue integrates methods, data, and analyses to support these projects.

Before joining NORC, she worked as a senior statistician in the Department of Medicine at the University of Chicago and as a public health analyst in a consulting firm. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as JAMA Network OpenHealth Services ResearchMedical CareJournal of General Internal Medicine, and Diabetes Care.
